SkyGrid has independently developed an integrated air-ground intelligent management system, and innovatively built a full-chain low-altitude logistics delivery model: Cubes replace traditional express outlets, UAVs undertake air logistics transport, and intelligent transfer cabinets serve as logistics transfer nodes. This model realizes fully unmanned delivery throughout the entire process from order dispatch, air transport to self-service sign-off, providing efficient and replicable integrated low-altitude delivery solutions for diverse scenarios including low-altitude logistics, medical emergency response and food delivery.

As the "intelligent brain" of the entire unmanned delivery system, the SkyGrid Cloud integrates core functions such as order management, waybill dispatching, flight monitoring, route planning, facility operation & maintenance, and data statistics. It realizes full-process digital management and control from order generation, capacity matching, route planning to cargo sign-off.

After receiving a delivery order, the cloud system coordinates and dispatches intelligent low-altitude logistics equipment including UAVs, Cubes and intelligent transfer cabinets in real time. By planning exclusive low-altitude logistics routes and monitoring UAV flight status and cargo location information throughout the whole journey, it ensures full traceability and safe controllability of the entire logistics delivery process.

SkyGrid builds community-integrated "low-altitude micro stations" with Cubes, reshaping the traditional logistics transfer model. The Cube replicates the functions of traditional express outlets and is equipped with multi-specification standardized UAV takeoff and landing platforms, realizing integrated operation and management of centralized cargo sorting, warehousing and transfer.
After a user issues a delivery instruction, the UAV automatically transfers to the Cube, completes cargo loading and carries out the air delivery task. It effectively solves the pain points of traditional logistics delivery such as ground traffic congestion, terrain restrictions and low delivery timeliness, and greatly reduces the operating costs of traditional logistics outlets.


The ERob robotic transfer cabinet has a built-in miniature automated stereoscopic warehouse. The UAV docks precisely on the takeoff and landing platform on the top of the transfer cabinet and automatically unloads logistics boxes. The intelligent system of the transfer cabinet dispatches in real time to realize automatic cargo warehousing and intelligent warehouse space allocation.
After the cargo is stored in the cabinet, the SkyGrid Cloud intelligent dispatching platform links in real time, and the last-mile delivery robot responds immediately to head to the ERob intelligent transfer cabinet for fully automatic pickup, completing the last-100-meter door-to-door delivery. The system simultaneously pushes pickup notifications to users, who can open the cabinet and collect parcels with one click using the pickup code. The full-chain unmanned logistics delivery is highly efficient and convenient.
