In May 2025, SkyGrid officially rolled out the all-new SkyGrid Cloud Dispatching Platform and mall mini-program, building an integrated air-ground intelligent management system. The system deeply integrates cutting-edge technologies including the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enable unified collaborative dispatching of UAVs, intelligent transfer cabinets and robots. It serves a wide range of application scenarios such as low-altitude logistics, medical delivery and food delivery.

Independently developed by SkyGrid, the SkyGrid Cloud Dispatching Platform and mall mini-program form a complete air-ground integrated intelligent management system. The architecture aggregates multi-dimensional data covering geographic information, material circulation and real-time equipment operation status. It supports intelligent UAV task planning, real-time flight status monitoring and region-wide intelligent dispatching, ensuring full-process safety control and end-to-end traceability across the entire logistics chain.

As SkyGrid’s first hospital intelligent logistics management system centered on UAVs and transfer cabinets, the solution enables minute-level delivery of medical supplies, laying a solid foundation for efficient clinical diagnosis and treatment.
Since the launch of the new system, various medical supplies including test samples, emergency medicines, medical devices and nutritional meals have been circulated with high efficiency.
