A Low-Altitude Convenience Ecosystem in the Residential 4.0
As a core supporting facility for Residential 4.0 smart communities, this project innovatively adopts an integrated design that combines the UAV intelligent transfer cabinet with the building itself, introducing an external wall-embedded intelligent cabinet layout. It does not occupy any strata area and fully complies with urban planning regulations.
UAVs shuttle between buildings via dedicated low-altitude flight routes, precisely landing in the transfer cabinets installed outside the windows of high-rise residents. This completely resolves the pain points commonly faced in high-rise residential living, such as inconvenient parcel pickup, waiting for elevators, and the risk of privacy leakage. The transfer cabinet deeply integrates with the community’s intelligent platform, enabling users to track the delivery trajectory in real time after placing an order. Once the goods arrive, retrieval is unlocked with a single tap on the mobile app. At the same time, ground delivery robots provide doorstep service, creating a complementary delivery system that combines “rapid air delivery + direct ground delivery.”
This model enhances overall community delivery efficiency by more than 60%, and can reliably guarantee delivery timeliness even under certain extreme weather conditions — crafting a new scenario of safe, convenient, and efficient smart living for high-end residential communities in Guangzhou.
